You know what!? I have some pretty awesome colleagues at work. Today at our weekly department meeting, my boss brought in a bottle of champagne to commemorate a rather momentous occasion. It was such fun and got me to thinking how much I love a wonderful toast and a little of the bubbly. I recently discovered Cristalino, which is a delicious, inexpensive Spanish champagne. My philosphy...every day is a cause for celebration! Crack open a bottle and have a blast!
