Summer salad

Some things really are better when they are homemade...like salad dressing. I am certainly not someone who has an aversion to store bought items but when I take the few extra minutes to make dressing, I always so happy I did. This vinagrette from the fabulous blog Closet Cooking is a real gem. I mix up a batch, put it in a Ball jar and use it on everything!
