Almost lunch time...

Ooooooh...doesn't this 'California' sandwich look scrumptious. I spotted this recipe in Savuer magazine online and one of the review mentions that this beauty is 'straight out of vegetarian cafes of the 70's'. So cool. Can't you totally see this sandwich as a staple of those healthy, athletic, forward thinking Californians :)
