This dessert screams out "summer!"...I haven't made it yet, but came across it while reading the kitchn section of Apartment Therapy. Here's the recipe from Gourmet magazine. I'm going to try it out this weekend and let you know how it goes. From scanning the recipe, it looks very simple and that's what I love---something that takes very few ingredients but delivers a beautiful end result!
Update: I made the dessert last night and it turned out great. The only thing I'd change would be adding a bit less sugar than recommended.
