Today is 'Chinese Lunch Friday' in the office. I will be ordering my favorite dish...'Singapore Chow Mei Fun' ... just the kick I need to pick me up on this incredibly dreary day in upstate.

Yummy Yummy!!! I wish I could of had this for lunch, it is inspiring me for dinner though. I think this is mom's favorite Chinese dish. It is very dreary here too but Zeus and I had the park all to ourselves it was great!!! He is snoring now. :-)
