East Africa Redux

I've already posted once about my good friend Harriet's work selling East African handmade goods. A part of the profits go back to Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya to support the women who make the baskets, some of whom are HIV positive and have suffered domestic violence. I've only known Harriet for a short time and the more I get to know her, the more I see that she is a powerhouse of socially responsible entrepreneurship. As I type this, she is traveling through East Africa, checking on her products and the women who make them. I would absolutely love, one year, to make that trip with her. I'm posting again about her because she has a brand-spanking new website. Gorgeous products! Amazing work! Love!
