Something simple can make all the difference

This is such a great post on Inside  the Black Apple ... especially if you love having flowers around the house and live anywhere with a relentlessly cold, gray (and today) rainy winter. For just a few bucks you really can add life and color to your home by just grabbing a couple of those cheapy bouquets of carnations etc. that they sell in just about every supermarket. Check out the post to see more examples of how she split the bunches, put them in lovely little jars and spread them throughout her house. Gee...even the post is making me happy. First stop on the way home tonight...flowers!
