I'm trying to finalize my menu for tomorrow's celebration and here's what I have so far:Potage Parmentier (Potato & Leek Soup)
Boeuf Bourguignon
Mousseline au chocolat (Chocolate Mousse)
It's pretty much the old standards, but I think it'll be a tasty combination. I might include a quiche, if I'm feeling especially industrious!

I got her cookbook out of the library and have been going through it, to find recipes for our celebration...yeah!!!
