I just noticed this gorgeous APC blouse on Refinery 29, heading up their lust list of 'New Polished' items. Could this be any prettier. It has a little chic librarian, a little Alexa Chung and a little (as the blog so astutely put it) of the look 'you might have worn in your yearbook picture'. Massively coveting this beauty.
