I love this...mostly because I love paella and I love any attempt to deconstruct this amazing dish to the point where someone like me could even entertain the idea of making it. It's funny, paella is a little baking bread for me. I know, if I set my mind, to it, I could probably do it...but I'm just kind of scared to attmept it.
