I love the whole traveling experience. Many times, thinking about & anticipating my travel destination is just as exciting as actually being there. An important part of that experience is the airport. I love airports. There's something very special about them. I know many people cannot stand them, but I find the whole airport experience to be a travel destination in itself. If I were a filmmaker, I'd want to write a screenplay about the vignettes I see when I roam through an airport. Imagine all the cool stories you could experience. In another life, I also wanted to create a coffee table book about them. Here's a listing of the best airports of 2009.

I love that you love airports! My mom loves them too. I can understand why...how much fun is it to travel! I have to admit, I don't really like being in transit...but I do know there is no better place to people watch then the airport
ReplyDeleteI love this post! I want to work in the airport I love them so much. I love going to the shops, watching people come out of their gates, watching people greet their family and friends, guessing where people are going. So much fun!!
