I used to love reading Nancy Drew books when I was a kid...and as an adult I'm slowly collecting the old classics again. There's a great article in the NY Times about her and the many women she's influenced over the years. I'm such a fan that I even went to see the Emma Roberts version of the "new" Nancy Drew on the big screen (not half bad) a few years back. And who could forget the Hardy Boys??? The t.v. series was dreamy (Parker Stevenson anyone?).
