I think today will be nostalgia day (since I'm writing about things that used to make me happy as a kid). When I first came to the States, as an impressionable 6 1/2 year old, I fell in love with all the American television shows. It didn't really matter what it was--I was just glued. But I did have a particular favorite, Charlie's Angels. I loved this show. I loved the theme song, all the beautiful girls, the story lines....and who was this Charlie? When I got to the 6th grade, my mom & I decided it was time for me to have an American name and I chose "Kelly". At the time, I wasn't sure of why I picked it. I remember writing out various names and Kelly just seemed to fit. But looking back I think I know now why I chose it: Kelly Garrett. She was the smart and pretty angel. She had great dark hair, a smooth voice, and she just seemed perfect to me.
