Handmade Arcade
Ms. Macaron blogged about the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco, which sounds completely cool. Another version of this type of craft fair meets Etsy is the Handmade Arcade in Pittsburgh, PA. My sister and brother-in-law set up shop last year, along with hundreds of other artists and craftsman. No way I will miss it this year!
what will they feature? how exciting! does laura sell her cupcake paintings?? she totally should. i think about her a lot whenever i'm on etsy. this is one of my dreams.... trying to make a business out of all the hobbies that i have.
ReplyDeleteJoe makes these awesome portable iPod stereos from all sorts of recycled items and the both make cool bicycle themed things (ex. key chains from bike gears and chains). I think Laura is shy about her cupcakes...I happen to love them and have them all over my house!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to go in Nov. Strawberryluna will be there too!

ReplyDeleteYou both have to come to Pittsburgh for the Handmade Arcade it is so much fun and so many cool things to look at. I'm afraid my cupcake paintings wouldn't make the cut. Strawberry Luna is definitely worth the trip, not only are their prints so beautiful they are the nicest people you will ever meet.
ReplyDeleteOh I am not missing it this year. I might end up buying all of the Strawberryluna prints though!
