Yummy dish for Greek Easter

I'm not much of a fan of Easter (don't worry CN...this is one holiday I won't decorate for :) but I do love some of the tasty treats. Greek Orthodox Easter falls on the same calendar day as the 'other' Easters this year (April 4th to be exact) so be sure to have these delicious Roasted Lemon Potatoes on the table (Martha's recipe is pretty authentic...you might not need quite so much oil though). They are my favorite part of any traditional Greek Easter feast.
