I'm probably late to the game on this but I am newly and officially addicted to quinoa, the ultra healthy grain that seems to popping up every where lately. I bought a bag over the weekend and used it in a dish that I would normally cook with rice. It was so fabulous! The only downside is it's not cheap...but can you really put a price of nutritious food and your health...of course not.

we're big fans of quinoa...and i love how it's pronounced too (that's the dork in me)...i've tried to make it more flavorful each time i've tried and hopefully one day i'll make that perfect dish!
